Elsewhere Labs is a human-scale product studio dedicated to building excellent products that add value to our customers’ lives without taking over our own.
Sam usually builds all the technical stuff. Britt usually handles the business stuff. Neither is afraid to get their hands dirty assembling products in a garage, installing sensors on rooftops in the rain, or troubleshooting wherever the work takes them.
Our mission is simple: create sustainable products that are fun to build and provide great value for money.
Okay… but what does that mean practically?
Products that support human flourishing. Humans, meaning all of us — Elsewhere folks, Elsewhere customers, and yes… even the Elsewhere haters. ❤️
Keeping things small, simple, and flexible. It means learning new things — tech, tools, business, and people — and ensuring work adds to our lives rather than replacing them. It means being present for our families, not just providing for them.
Creating a product you truly love to use and are happy to pay for, which in turn allows us to be truly happy to support it.
We just like building useful products, selling them honestly, and doing it all with and for people we enjoy.
